Error message: An error has occurred while communicating to the LMS server

due to Java Installation issue. Attached screen shot for your reference.

Getting White Blank Screen after clicking on Play Button.


: This is due to missing system settings. Please get in touch with your local IT
Team and get the below settings enabled on your system
Please follow the below steps and then re-login into the OLM application using
the fresh Internet explorer window. Once the course is completely successfully,
changes can be reverted back.
1. Java Version should be 1.6.0_29 or any version above this.
2. Access the below URL:
http://58.2.47.141:8080/content/scorm/New_Adapter/Oracle_SC
ORM_Adapter.html?starting_url=http://58.2.47.141:8080/conten
t/devhr/nadeem_scorm_testing/frameset1.htm

3. One page is downloaded completely, then right click on the java icon on
the right bottom corner of the screen in the task bar. Refer to below
screen shot







a. Click on the Open Control Panel option. Following window would
appear on the screen. Then click on Network Settings.








b. Once you click on the Network Settings following window would
appear. Take the screen shot of the existing settings and then choose
the option Use browser settings and then click OK.


c. Go to Security Tab, Check the Certificate Version its should either of the two Oracle
Versions(Oracle America, Inc. or Oracle USA, Inc)



4. Please close all the Internet Explorer windows and open a fresh window. Use your SSO
to login into OLM application and re-attempt the course.
5. Once the course is completed and subscription status is showing as Completed on the
learner home page of OLM application. Please change the Network settings back to the
original (refer to the screen shot taken at point 4).
