Lesson Description Materials
1 Have the students fnd a quite space
away from their peers on the carpet.
Turn of the lights, put on
quiet/relaxing music and hold up
pictures of diferent stretches. Have
the students perform the stretch to
the music, holding each stretch for
approximately one minute.
hile this is happening, guide them
through a slow !reathing pattern, in
through your nose, out through your
mouth. Tell them positive messages
a!out the great things they have done
that day, and the positive experiences
to come that afternoon.
