Pl visit website www.upavp.com link "Online Registration of Flats" and access on concerned scheme's webpage & then click on
"Registration Fee Payment" link.
Enter your Registration No. and other details, which are given at the time of registration (in step-1). After providing valid details
Click on 'Submit' button.
After that in next screen (webpage), you can get multiple options for making payment , select anyone of your choice. (Note-If
you want to pay through cash/dd/banker's cheque mode then click on 'SBI BRANCH' under 'Other Payment Mode'. In case of
cash deposit a copy of PAN card is must to be submitted to Bank.) .

After realization of payment in collection account of UPHDB, the 'SBI Collect Ref. No (DU..) will be displayed on screen.
A print of e-receipt can also be taken.
Finally after 24 hours/One working day, valid applicants can be able to fill the rest of the information in 'Step-2' of online
registration.
