    The Output of the Discussion :

    Was the staff member rude? Provide reasons to your responses.
    Yes,the staff always try to avoid when the student try to ask for information.That
    mean the student dont get enough information that he want.

    Was s/he helpful enough?
    No, she is not helpful enough.When the student want to get information in
    detail,she refuse to do so.
    Did the student need too much help?
    Yes,student really need more assistant from the staff.As the new student
    everything are new for him.Keep on asking is the best way to survive.If we keep
    on silent the worse will come first.
    What can you do or say if you need more help than you are receiving?
    Actually,when we need information in detail ,it is not enough just to seek other
    people help,we need to seek for information by ourself.Nowaday,there are many
    way to access the information especially from the internet.
    What can you conclude or infer from this intercultural encounter?
    Intercultural encounter is about the different interpretation between the local and the
    foreigner.Sometime we not realize that the different make some confrontation,but at
    the end there is method that can minimize the different.In Malaysia,we always facing
    the foreigner that bring along their culture to our country,that can make some trouble
    for us.But we must understand we did the same thing when we go to their
    country.So What we can do is try to accept the different and understand that each
    person that involve in intercultural have the responsibilities to their on culture.
    The different in language for an example also involve in intercultural,whenever we
    use the language for conversation,there are always misunderstanding between the
    semantic aspect.Finally,intercultural that make our life full with colorful and variation
    in our journey.
