    Dear Sir,

    With reference to above mentioned Contract agreement we would like to inform you that, we have
    completed the entire delivery and installation job as per our contract with Customs Valuation &
    Internal Audit Commissionerate.

    Under the above circumstances, please take necessary action and create environment to submit our
    Challan and Bill.

    Finally, we would like to thank you for all cooperation we are getting form all concerned personnel of
    NBR to complete the Total Job successfully.
