CONTRACT

I, _______________________________, a member of the EEEI student body, now in

my ____ year of studies, do hereby pledge myself to be a part of the Freshie
Academic Review (FAR) Program held by the EEE Representatives and VolTAGE.
I swear to offer to the extent of my capabilities my services to the EEEI by
tutoring/mentoring freshmen students that shall be assigned to me. I have
passed and am willing to share my knowledge in the following courses:

Math 17
Chem 16
Physics 71
EEE 11
EEE 31
Math 53


I will uphold and follow, with honour, the rules and regulations stated below:

1. I will treat my students tactfully and with respect.
2. I will ensure my presence at each and every one of the tutorial sessions
that I have been assigned with.
3. I will not meet up with students outside of the allowed/appointed place
and time with regards to the matter of tutoring.
4. I will not disclose any personal information given by the students assigned
to me to anyone other than the FAR program heads.
5. I will be responsible for ensuring the validity and correctness of the
knowledge that I will impart upon the students.
6. I will make myself available for consultation whenever the need arises.
