Sealed tenders in the form which can be obtained from the Sub-Postmaster, PR
Pally Chowrastha Post Office are hereby invited from the intending house owners for
renting out a building to locate PR Pally Chowrastha Post Office in Pothireddipally village
under Sangareddy Mandal.

The building should consists of :
a) A covered verandah
b) Office accommodation about 400 sq. ft
c) Residential accommodation with separate electricity service connection
with all required facilities and comprising 430 sq. ft. accommodation
d) Water, Septic lavatory, Sanitary and Electricity

2. Tender should reach on or before 2.00 p.m. on 31-12-2013 addressed to Sri K.
Janardhana Reddy, Superintendent of Post Offices, Sangareddy Division, Sangareddy
502001 with superscription TENDER FOR BUILDING TO POST OFFICE OF PR Pally
chowrastha

3. The tender will be opened by the undersigned at 3.00 p.m. on 31-12-2013 in the
presence of such tenders who may wish to be present.

4. Any or all of the tenders may be rejected by the undersigned without assigning
any reason thereof.

1) The Sub Postmaster, PR Pally Chowrasta SO - 502295 with 10 spare copies. Please
exhibit the spare copies in the office notice board and at all important places in
the village.

arrange wide publicity in PR Pally Village.
