Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Chicken 800 grams
Onions 4-5 medium
Ginger 1 tablespoon
Garlic 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes 4-5 medium
Fresh coriander leaves chopped1 tablespoon
Ghee 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Cloves 4-5
Green cardamom 4-5
Turmeric poder 1!" teaspoon
Coriander poder " tablespoons
Cumin poder " tablespoons
#ed chilli poder 1 teaspoon
$alt to taste
Method
Step 1
%eat ghee!oil in a thick-bottomed pan& 'dd cinnamon( cloves and green cardamoms and
saut) *or hal* a minute& 'dd onions and saut) till golden bron&
Step 2
'dd ginger paste and garlic paste and continue to saut) *or to to three minutes( stirring
continuousl+&
Step 3
'dd turmeric poder( coriander poder( cumin poder and red chilli poder& ,i- ell&
'dd pureed tomato and stir& Cook till oil separates *rom the masala& 'dd the chicken
pieces and salt&
Step 4
$aut) on high heat *or *ive minutes& 'dd to cups ater( bring to a boil( cover and cook
till the chicken is *ull+ done& $prinkle garam masala poder and garnish ith coriander
leaves and serve hot&
