THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY made on the 25th July 2014 {Two Thousand and
Fourteen) by Sable Transport Limited ("THE COMPANY)" whose registered office
is at Lusaka.
WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
The Company appoints Mr. Iqbal Y Alloo in his capacity as Managing Director to
be its Attorney with authority to execute on its behalf any deed or document, in
respect of Submission of the TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND
UPGRADING TO BITUMINOUS STANDARD AND RE-ALIGNMENT OF
APPROXIMATELY 78KM OF RD54 ROAD FROM CHIEF MUKUNGULE'S AREA
(MWALESHI RIVER) - LUFILA-KAKOKO TO KALALANTEKWE IN MUCHINGA
PROVINCE- LOT 2 - ONB NO. RDA/CE/021/14
1. The Company intends that any deed or document signed on its behalf by Mr
Iqbal Alloo shall bind the Company and shall have the same effect as if it
had been executed under the Company's common seal.
2. This Power of Attorney shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of
Zambia or any statutory modifications or enactments, thereof.
3. This Power of Attorney is a deed and has been executed by the Company as
a deed.
IN WITNESS whereof of common seal of SABLE TRANSPORT LIMITED has
been affixed the day and year first above mentioned.
