    knows that here politics’ are all over ,so the renter oil these Tutoon group along
    with some flat occupants……is it too believe where people do not pay more than Rs
    10/- as chanda there with these renters Tutoon group had 2nd time organized
    Jagdharti Puja With An over Budget of Rs 2+ lakhs…….Highlight The person who is
    behind these to encourage these youngster for an area control…remove these
    backend person & the tutoon group main purpose--MASK…..as yesterday 26/10/09
    as per law after 10PM there should be no Noise but till 1:00AM with loud speaker
    and after 12:00AM all youngster the real rotten* group were gather in Mood but non
    dare them to tell to shut down the Loud Speaker…Unless at 1:00AM Mr Pandeshwar
    Mukherjee an political holder with no life work dare them to stop all these which
    was obeyed…as all knows such an extensive expense could & would be done via
    party at backend with as show in front collected via Public chandas…
