PUBLIC INFORMATION and PHONELINE

PUBLIC INFORMATION needs support to carry to message to several community
programs within the Central Coast Area of Narcotics Anonymous.
This committee can use extra hands to help hand out schedules & PIs throughout
the SLO and Santa Barbara (Lompoc) Counties. Please dont forget sharing the
message to the ADDICT that suffers; Public Information may be the first point of
contact for presentations to the Public, Medical and County facilities which are
not represented by H & I.

PHONE LINE is panel which needs men and woman for all hours of the day 24/7.
There are four shifts of six hours each; such as 6am Noon, Noon 6pm, 6pm
12am, and 12A 6am!!! Our area phone line is set-up to branch off the
members of Narcotics Anonymous via the contact number listed below. Maybe,
you havent used the phone line in OUR area, but have you ever been to another
area to find a meeting? This maybe the first contact for a suffering addict to reach
out to Narcotics Anonymous and seeking help; to find a meeting and time OR
maybe someone to identify with. Please remember to always have an up-to-date
schedule handy to give the current meeting/place & time should you receive a
call. Always, be reminded YOU are representing Central Coast Narcotics
Anonymous, as well as, Narcotics Anonymous around the WORLD! Encourage the
caller to get to a meeting, if necessary share your experience, strength and
hope! This is what WE do .. Carry the message as the Twelfth Step expresses.
