Recruitment Apprentice Needed

We are open to taking on apprentices, work experience or interns. Part

time or full time.

We have training meetings with our staf every Wednesday and Friday.
Also team tracking and appraisals which could be incorporated into your
program.

he rescourcer is re!uired to search and log clients and candidates for
business development.
hey will need to "nd live vac#s and conduct interviews with candidates
and check their availability using the $acancy aking %ocument.
hen email the consultants with the new information and input it in the
database.

he database will need to be organised into the relevant engineering
sectors.

%epending on their performance we will then look at taking them on as a
&unior 'onsultant. he role for that is as follows(

Planning calls on a spreadsheet and forwarding to the manager on a daily
basis.
)usiness development during core hours *+am, -.noon/.

he below targets and responsibilities are guidelines to aim for. hey are
meant as a starting point and are 0exible under professional
circumstances.
%uring the 1 month
probationary period(
,2ou must gain -3 live vacancies per week
, 2ou must endeavour to educate yourself
with industry terms relevant to your sector
, you must complete your internal training
with your manager
,)e making 456 calls per day

After the 1 month probationary
period(
,)e making 456 calls per day
,)e making a minimum of 1 placements
per month
,7ave a minimum of 8 interviews per week

,:pload a minimum of 35 new companies
to the database per day
,Actively promote the company when
possible
, Provide any admin support for your team
and manager where re!uired.

From our point of view it would be best to have a rescourcer on an unpaid
basis then all being well to take them on as a ;unior consultant in a paid
position using a training scheme. < am told that there is a training body
delivering =ecruitment 'onsultancy apprenticeships, but as < mentioned
no one got back to me when < en!uired through the national
apprenticeship website
