PRODUCT GUIDE FOR NOVALITE


Product Description
A neutral low foam carpet shampoo for use in hot water extraction machines. Always test for colourfastness before use.

Use 'NOVALITE' in the Solution/Supply Tank
A pressurized stream of solution is sprayed onto the carpet. Almost instantaneously, the excess moisture and dirt are
removed by suction. 'NOVALITE' is a concentrated, low-foaming additive which improves the searching power of the
equipment. Easily diluted and very economical, it cleans well, even softening many water-soluble and oil-soluble stains.

Dilution Rates (Depending on degree of soil)
Use up to 20ml of 'NOVALITE' per litre of solution tank capacity.

Directions for Use
Always first test carpet for colourfastness. Based on capacity of the machine's solution tank, pour in sufficient 'NOVALITE'
Shampoo, then top up with hot water. Operate the machine as recommended by its manufacturer.

Shelf Life
12 months from production date in unopened containers. Store between 5
o
C and 25
o
C.

Environmental Hazards
Do not allow large quantities of neat liquid to enter surface waterways.

IMPORTANT: Always test for colourfastness before using any chemical product. E.g. take a small quantity of solution in the strength to
be used and place a few drops on each different colour in an inconspicuous area. Hold a white tissue against each section for about ten
seconds, then check the tissue to see whether the dye has bled. Also, check that no change has taken place on the carpet itself.
