First of all, we would like to thank you for preferring and choosing Starbucks. We are sorry about the experience that you had with an employee at our 3401 Walnut Street store.
Our staff is always prepared to give high quality service and to serve unique and different products. Regularly, there are three baristas taking and serving orders in the store, but unfortunately, one of them was absent for health problems that day. As you know, efficiency is reduced when the staff is not complete.
