Project Description
To develop LCA pipeline system through CNC pipe bending
operation. A batch of 50 pipelines is identified for
manufacturing through CNC pipe bending.

Exercise carried out
>Studied the requirement and the CAD model. >Further
classified the list of pipes based on diameter and also
calculated the length. >Further more
searched for pipe bending vendors. >Manufacturing
drawings were developed for first 5 pilot batch and released
to CNC pipe bender for quoting.
Set back for regretting the project
>The pipe bender incured setbacks in terms of
manufacturing very short radius as well as diamater size
limited form 10mm to 65 mm. Hence he restrained to quote
and notified his limitations. >Also we faced difficult
to apply for extension through Legend Technologies, due to
failure in broadband connection.
