Associate Project Analyst
Lead administrator for the Kaiser Permanente Advantage Program. Consisting of setting up project
WBS, budget maintenance, revenue accrual and recognition, invoicing, provide monthly client-facing
reports, internal metrics reports, and project closures. Answer project/program related questions as
needed. Went from annual sales of $1.5m and 50+ end users in 2007 to $13.5m and 300+ end users
in 2013.
Assist in the creation and testing of SAP reports to improve data, reporting, and processes related to the
Advantage Program.
Invoice Professional Services projects per the terms of the contracts. Responsible for reading and
interpreting contracts to ensure appropriate billing.
Review SAP sales orders, project initiations, and act as point of contact for questions and review work of
less experienced co-workers in the group.
Process labor transfers, journal entries, project reconciliations, and audits.
