    Greetings. This is to formally request for your kind approval of my
    application in adding Apprenticeship as a subject for this semester.
    I had the privilege to have been enrolled in the same subject, and
    was able to comply with the hours necessary, under the guidance of the schools
    !egal Aid headed by Atty. "oberto "afael #ulido. $owever, I still have not had
    the chance to go under the "evalida required for the completion of this subject
    matter and the period to do the same has already lapsed.
    This is to request you %ir, to consider the hours I served in my
    previous Apprenticeship subject to be credited, so that I may proceed with the
    "evalida as I am a graduating student this semester.
