QUALIFYING CRITERIA

The bidders should have designed, engineered, coordinated the
manufacturing/manufacture, tested, supplied, erected & commissioned at least two
number of 220 kV or higher voltage substations (with minimum one GIS type) in last
10 (ten) years and should be in successful operation for last 2 (two) years on the date
of bid opening. Further, the bidder should also be a manufacturer of any of the
following two category of equipment for 220 kV voltage or higher voltage class, used
in GIS Sub-Station.

a) Generator Transformer Manufacturer
b) GIS Manufacturer
c) EHV Instrument Transformers
d) Power Line Carrier Systems
e) Switchyard and Powerhouse Protection Systems & GIS SCADA
OR
An Electrical Contarctor who has designed, engineered, Co-ordinated with
manufacturer, supplied, eracted, tested and commissioned at least two number of
220KV or higher voltage sub-stations on turnkey basis in last 10 (Ten) years and
should be in successful operation for last 2 (Two) year on the date of Bid opening.

The bidder shall furnish the relevant documents establishing his qualification
requirements.
