Boxing circuit: Boxing based fitness circuit, full of whole body bodyweight exercises whilst utilising the fundamentals of boxing for a stress releasing and fat burning session.
Tabata Training: Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training that offers more health benefits than traditional cardio.
HIIT Circuit: High Intensity Interval Training Circuit designed to improve all over fitness.
Abs Blast: will help improve your abdominals and obliques.
Boot camp: Train like an athlete with a variety of drills and skills designed to improve your fitness and get that beach body you desire.
Upper body circuit: Designed to strengthen and tone your upper half of your body.
Lower body circuit: Designed to strengthen and tone the lower half off your body. Core Stability: Strengthening your core and challenging your balance in a fun and different way.
Plyometric: is a high intensity, explosive, power based class, aimed at increasing your power in a dynamic structured class.
Monthly Seminar: Our personal trainers will explain and demonstrate different types of training methods for strength training or weight loss or any other types of training (THIS IS NOT A CLASS).
