On behalf of our daughter, Fiorella Garcia, my wife Olesia Garcia and I, Hamlet Garcia, and
other parents and families of Pennsylvania, would like to thank you in advance for supporting the
passage of the Educational Bill 2341.

Your support of the bill 2341 is not only important for my family, but also is very important for
parents across the state of Pennsylvania.
I Strongly believe that no family should lose their freedom by providing Quality Education to
their children. Radical Laws have no place in America today.
Every child in Pennsylvania deserves the best education possible regardless of the ethnicity or
social economics status. I think we all agree that the future of Pennsylvanias economic strength
is determined each day in classrooms across our State.
We thank you once again, for making sound, fiscally responsive public policy that protects the
basic human rights of all Pennsylvania citizens, especially the most vulnerable.
