Findings:
Technique:
Multiplanar 11wi , r2WI , FLAIR , DWI and Gadolinium- enhanced contrast images of the brain were
obtained. No adverse costrast were obtained. No adverese contrast reactions noted.

FINDINGS:

Multiple enhancing lesions with tendency to nodularity, surrounded by edema are seen in the left
parietal lobe white matter. Similar smaller lesion are also symmetrical. The lentiform nuclei , thalamus ,
internal and external capsules were defined.

The Left posterior horn of the lateral ventricle is compressed while the rest of the ventricles are normal
in size. There are no shifts in the midline cerebral structures. No deformities are seen.
Cerebellopontine angle cisterns , paranasal sinuses , petromastoids,sella, suprasellar and reto-orbital
structures are normal.

Impressions:
Consider demyelinating disease
