INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM

IMPORTANT : READ CAREFULLY THE ELLIGIBILITY CRITERIA IN THE

ADMISSION NOTICE BEFORE FILLING IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION :

1. Click the Admission menu and then click the online application,.
2. Got to the submenu print chalan and click it . A pdf chalan form will appear on the screen.
Print the chalan form and deposit it to the Bank with requisite fee. The bank will give a
Journal No. on the candidates copy . Insist on giving the Journal No, because it will be
needed to apply for online application.
3. After 24 hours of submitting the fees to the bank , open the college website and click on the
form submission in the online application submenu.
4. Put the Journal No on the box and press the enter key.
5. If the Journal no. is proper , a table will appear in the same web page.
6. Fill in all the fields in the table and press the enter key.
7. A new page will appear on the screen. Click the submit button.
8. Put the Form No. in the box and click the submit button.
9. The filled in application form will appear on the screen and Print the Form. Keep it to yourself
which will be required for verification when the admission list will be published.
