Dear comrades,
On behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Thailand and on my own
behalf, I wish to convey our cordial felicitation to you on the occasions of the 75
th
anniversary of
the founding of the Communist Party of Burma.
The Communist Party of Burma. has had a long and glorious history of leading Burmese
people in their revolutionary struggle against imperialism and dictatorial ruling party. Especially
in the period of World War II, CPB was the core and leading force of the Anti-Fascist Struggle in
Burma until the victory over Japanese Fascists. Today even under the force and suppression of
the military junta, CPB is still bravely engaged in underground revolutionary activities to realize
their commitment of establishing a nation of genuine democracy, peace, prosperity and national
solidarity of Burmese people.
The Communist Party of Burma and The Communist Party of Thailand are neighboring
parties. Both parties uphold the basic tenets of Marxism-Leninism , and the realization of
communism is our common highest ideal. We have a long time friendly and helpful relationship,
and hope that we will continue strengthening our comradely friendship between both parties on
our revolutionary road ahead.
