Two people are needed to safely assemble the unit by laying out all pieces, tightening bolts securely but not fully until assembly is complete.

Two people are needed to safely assemble the unit by laying out all pieces, tightening bolts securely but not fully until assembly is complete.
Titan Manufacturing provides assembly instructions for their power rack in 5 steps. The package contains legs, upright posts, cross supports, bolts, nuts and other hardware. Two people are needed to safely assemble the unit by laying out all pieces, tightening bolts securely but not fully until assembly is complete.
Two people are required to safely assemble unit. Unpack the boxes and lay all the pieces in the area where it will be assembled. Familiarize yourself with the pieces and hardware, and compare them to the installation instructions. Tighten bolts just enough to hold pieces securely. This will make it easier to line up all the pieces. When unit is completely assembled, go back and tighten each bolt fully.
Package Contents: (1) Back Leg, (2) Side Leg, (4) Upright Posts, (2) Side Cross Supports, (1) Rear Cross Support, (1) Pull Up Bar, (20) Hex-bolts M12x80, (8) Square Bolts M12x75, (28) Nuts, (4) Plastic Feet, (2) J-Hooks, (2) Steel Tubes.
Step #1:
Bolt the two side legs to the back leg using the Hex-bolt M12x80.
Step #2:
Attach the four upright posts to the side legs. Use the square neck bolts M12x75, insert them from the bottom up.
Place the washers on the top along with the nut.
Step #3:
Attach the two top cross supports to the front and rear uprights, using the Hex-bolt M12x80.
The 2 holes on cross support for the pull up bar should be at the front.
Step #4:
Attach the top rear cross support bar to rear uprights, using the Hex-bolt M12x80.
Step #5:
Attach the pull up bar to front uprights, using the Hex-bolt M12x80.
