Login Procedures

Please do not login to Novell: Use Computer Only

Newbies Only
Username: first name initial, middle initial (if present), last name (a
number if there are multiple)

Example: beharris2

password: first name initial, last name initial, 8 digit DOB, # (don't
forget the pound sign)

Example: bharris11301978# (add the zeros if you DOB is just one number, example 1 would be 01)

In case of an EPIC FAIL..try this:
The Fail-Back default login for new employees is:
username: first name initial, middle initial (if present), last name (a
number if there are multiple)

Example: beharris2

password: first name initial, last name initial, 8 Digit Employee lD, 8
digit DOB, # ( don't forget the pound sign)

Example: bh0001234511301978#

Login to your computer
Make sure you login to the Computer Only page and NOT Novell

Open Google Chrome and login using your @aldineisd.org account. THERE IS NO DASH
Type in your password (should be the same as your Novell)

Login to ePortal
It should be your username and password



If you have not signed up on ePortal you need to register
(Newbies)
Click register and sign up

Everybody
Open your Service Console in Eportal.
This is where if you forget your password you can change it.



You will have to answer 6 to 8 question to fill out your service console in case you forget your password.
Service console is where you can change your homeroom students passwords as well.



Next go to Eduphoria


Click on ASDAT (second selection)
login with your username and password from your novell



Login to your SMS Live Site



type your username (or your first and last name)
your novell password

Login to your email







Please fill out the small form and checkmark what you can login to. Please return the form to your iTech.
