    I am so weary

    So tired of this lie


    Won’t you release me
    Will you let me die
    I can’t kill myself
    Else I would be damned
    A book on the shelf
    Waiting to be banned
    My time on this earth
    Has all but expired
    I long for rebirth
    And all it inspired
    Reincarnation
    Into something more
    This fleshly prison
    I cannot endure
    The pain is so great
    It is not for real
    I suffer my fate
    But I do not feel
    Suppress everything
    Or scream my lungs out
    My brain is burning
    It hurts not to shout
    The poison runs deep
    It spreads everywhere
    How long will I keep
    Myself from despair?
