Opportunities
! Advisory Board member Michele Anderson is to meet with
Australian News Corp CEO in Sydney on July 30 for potential
strategic investment and partnership.
! Locate advisor in DC has been consulting to Google and has
recommended Locate as an investment opportunity for Google
ventures. They are interested in discussing. Meeting being
coordinated.
! Urban Compass raised another 40MM on a 360MM valuation.
Locate Advisory board member Matt Kibble worked for the
fund that invested heavily (Cap Meridian). Matt believes
Locate is far better than UC in many ways and is assisting in
our capital raise.

Other matters
! Trigger payment due to Home Junction ($500,000) required to
activate the deal.
! More coders required to speed up attribution and apparent
control fixes that if not executed could expose Locate to legal
issues with MLSs. Home Junction will fund the coders if we can
secure the trigger payment. If not we will need to fund the
additional engineers ourselves.
! Convertible note funding options.
! Family office database.
! Google ventures
! Capital Raise Agreement to Garrett Bowden and Mary-Stuart
Freydberg.
