    Over 8,700 beneficiaries received services from Grand Halad Services held at the University of San Carlos Main Campus on November 28, 2009. Medical services were provided to over 3,600 beneficiaries, with dental services helping 401 people and laboratory services assisting 750. Optical services aided 897 individuals while the one-stop shop served over 2,400 beneficiaries. Veterinary services helped over 1,000 and wellness activities benefited 998 people. Legal and other miscellaneous services also provided aid. In total, nearly 17,000 beneficiaries received assistance from the various medical, legal, and social services offered at the event.
