1. Wing fabrication
Scope of the work:
Home built aircraft mock-up aluminium wing fabrication. Prcised aluminium wing profile
obtained from laser cutting will be given to students to assembly and fabricate with the help
of rivets.
Specification:- Span 500 mm Chord :- 25 mm

2. Wooden propeller fabrication
Scope of the work:
Handmade wooden propeller fabrication. Using the given light weight wooden material the
students will design a aircraft propeller and fabricate it from the raw materials. In addition
the propeller balancing will be checked out.

3. Composite static aircraft model fabrication
Scope of the work:
Hand wet layup method and vacuum bagging method is demonstrated using airframe
fabrication. Glass fibre, epoxy resin the airframe will be fabricated.

This workshop training is designed as per your 5days schedule.
Workshop costs Rs.5000 per head in a batch.
Each batch can have 6-8 members.
Each batch can choose any one topic in choice listed below.
1. Wing fabrication
2. Composite static aircraft model fabrication
And propeller fabrication is compulsory for every batch.
