2014-2015 Senior Preparation Checklist

aid to UB counselor


Apply for financial aid for the academic year with the UB senior
counselor


Submit funds for college housing/room deposit and other fees by
their deadline


Submit copies of letters of acceptance to UB senior counselor
Bring FAFSA papers to Upward Bound for copying for Bridge
Summer


Talk with your parents regarding your college choice and needed
funds


Talk with your parents about your college options
If possible, make college visits during your school breaks
Narrow your list of college choices
Review deadline dates and schedules at your final college choice
Bring Academic Year FAFSA papers to Upward Bound for copying
Keep applying for college and other scholarships
If attending Bridge Summer, make good grades
Young ladies, buy a white dress or suite for Freshman Week; young
men are to buy a dark suit (black, navy, gray). Long-sleeve white
shirt, dark tie for Freshman Week Service
