    Cafeteria Questionnaire

    Answers received after deadline are still encouraged.

    1. How many meals do you eat in the cafeteria per week?

    2. What is your overall feel about the cafeteria set-up?

    3. What is your opinion (negative or positive) on the cafeteria menu?

    4. Did you know that you can leave comment cards for the management of
    Sodexo? Do you know where you can find the cards?

    5. Do you know where the Comment Board is in the cafeteria?

    6. Have you ever written a comment card?

    7. Have you ever written any other sort of review for Sodexo and the cafeteria,
    such as a letter to the editor, opinion column, or review? Have you read any
    published by other students?

    8. For the students who experienced the cafeteria and staff at the old location
    (MSC), how has service and food quality changed?

    9. When you discuss the cafeteria food and staff with other students, or out-of-
    towners, what do you say? Please be brutally honest!

    Thanks so much for helping me out! I am working on an Ethnography project for English 102 and
    decided that sending a mass-email to the HC would be a better idea than trying to hand out single
    sheets to everyone. If you have any more information, or questions, shoot me an email!
