    Listening is the best compliment we can pay
    another human being!
    The speaker has to listen to non verbal and
    verbal symbols of the listener.
    The biggest block in personal communication
    is inability to listen intelligently ,
    understandingly and skillfully.

    Partial and Selective listening
    We filter out as noise information that does
    not interest us.
    Often we pretend to listen
    Our reconstruction of meaning remains
    incomplete or vastly different from the
