1) Review the updated lesson policies and studio
calendar files attached to the email about fall
lessons. I will give a hard copy to each family to
sign at the first lesson in September.
2) Using the list of available time slots below, please
indicate your first, second, and third choice slots
for your student(s).
3) Return the document to me via email attachment
at your earliest convenience. This is extremely
important because my slots are limited this year.
