Active Retirement Group

A group of women and men who meet in
the Resource Centre every Thursday from 2-
5pm.

They engage in various activities from art-
work, bowls, card making, aromatherapy,
skincare, knitting, glass painting & Tai Chi to
name a few and group trips throughout the
year
