Acknowledged acceptance of our order, as required, has not been received, and we
therefore ordered these goods from other sources.
Goods represent only a partial shipment and we will not accept back orders.
Please credit our account or issue a refund if prepaid, and provide instructions for return
of said goods at your expense. Return of these goods however shall not be a waiver of any claim
we may have under the Uniform Commercial Code or applicable law.
