ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FILLING INSTRUCTIONS

1. You will get maximum of 3 online appointments (2 hours each) for filling the online applications.

2. You must call at the academy to schedule appointments.

3. YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT BRING ALONG YOUR PARENTS, BROTHER, SISTER, ANYOTHER
RELATIVES & FRIENDS FOR THE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

1. SoP on CD (pen drives not allowed)
Note: word/character count might differ, depending on the university.
STUDENT MUST CARRY A 500 WORD AND AN 800 WORD SOP.
2. Resum (ON CD)
3. Credit Card Information (Visa/Mastercard)
American Express Not Accepted By Some Universities

A: Name of the card holder (full name & as on credit card)
B: Complete billing address of card holder.
C: Credit card number
D: Credit card expiry date
E. Type of card (Visa/MasterCard)
E: CREDIT VERIFICATION VALUE (CVV) (credit card security code)
















4. Name of the recommenders, their addresses, phone nos. & e-mail addresses
(Universities might contact the recommender hence make sure you enter their authentic e-mail
addresses and phone numbers).
Many universities are now demanding recommendation letters. Hence you must inform your
recommenders accordingly. After you submit the online application your recommender will receive an
e-mail from the university after which he/she will have to either fill in the details online or upload the
recommendation letter
5. Scanned copies of college/university transcripts (including degree certificate), bank solvency, affidavit
of support, GRE and TOEFL test score sheets (online confirmation no allowed)
6. Transcript should be a single (*.doc or *.pdf) file)
7. The size of scanned documents should not exceed 1 MB. Some might keep an upper limit of 500 Kb
too.

NO USB ACCESS. NO E-MAIL ACCESS
STUDENTS CANNOT ACCESS LAPTOPS. HENCE THEY MUST BRING THEIR SOP, RESUME AND
OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ON CD.
