Additional Condition of Contract
BROAD SCOPE OF WORKS
Following are the main work to be executed with this contract:
1. Process modification schemes in Units area (Part-A).
2. Process modification schemes in offsite & CPP area (Part-B).

Major jobs involved for execution of above works are:
Execution of CS/SS piping including handling / erection
Dismantling & Installation of Pumps.
Dismantling of pipes.
Wrapping & Coating of underground piping.
Fixing / Removal of Flanges & blind.
Installation / Removal of Flanged Valves/Monitors & HVLRs etc.
Radiography.
Dye Penetrant Test.
Hydrotest of pipelines of the executed pipe & associated existing pipelines
Fabrication and Erection of structurals like pipe supports, platforms, davits,
stair case etc.
Painting of pipelines and equipments Gas cutting of CS/SS plates.
Excavation, PCC & RCC work for construction of foundation & any other
modification jobs.
Construction of structural steel portals, pipe supporting structures & any other
steel structure work required for scheme jobs.
Road Cutting & repairing of the same.
Fabrication and erection of structural steel stairs and platform for approach to
valves / headers etc.
Modification in existing technical structures/supporting steel structures to
increase their height.
Anchoring with anchor bolts in places where RCC foundations are not possible
Removal of surplus materials from work site.
Returning free issue, surplus materials to IOCL store.
Restoration of drains demolished/ blocked during construction activities.
All other civil related works which is required to complete the work & may arise
due to carry out the changes if required during execution of work as per GCC
of contract.
