50% Non-refundable deposit due to secure dates, and minimum 4 weeks prior to first concert
Deposit transferable to another concert date if cancelled minimum 3 weeks prior to concert. Concerts cancelled within 3
weeks of first conecrt date forfeit deposit
Balance due within 15 days after concert
Balances paid more than 15 days after concert date may be subject to a $50 late fee + 2% monthly interest, compounded
daily
5% Prompt pay discount if concert paid in full more than 1 week prior to first concert date
Any credits applied to an account must be redeemed within 6 months of date of issue
In case of overpayment, difference will be refunded within 30 days, and made payable to original paying entinty
Concert Requirements
Pre-production information due minimum 1 week prior to first concert
A $95 rush fee will be assessed to concert balances where pre-production information is received within 1 week of first
concert
Pre-production information received within 4 hours of sound check is not guaranteed, and all services will be billed at time
and a half
