Monday & Friday
Start date: Monday, October 6, 2014
End Date: Friday, May 29, 2014
Annual Registration Fee
$75.00 (this fee helps with supplies for crafts and snacks for your child)
(one-time fee & non-refundable)
Registration Sign-up Deadline: Monday, September 29, 2014

Monthly Tuition
Two Days
9:00 a.m. 12:15 p.m. ~ $130.00/month, or $20.00/day
(A monthly discount of $10.00 will be applied to the tuition of each additional sibling who is enrolled.)

Closing time is 12:15 p.m. A late fee of $1.00 will be charged for every minute late after 12:20 p.m.

Tuition is due on the first class day of each month. Accounts paid after the 10
th
of the month will be charged
an additional $10.00. Tuition not paid by the 10
th
of the month will prevent your child from attending classes
until your account is current.
Tuition is payable by cash, check or money order. (Debit/Credit cards we would have to charge an
additional fee of $1.25 per transaction)
