Frozen Moon Cake

Ingredients
120g Rice Flour
120g Glutinous Rice Flour
70g Wheat Starch
400mL Milk
80mL Cream
75g Icing Sugar
70mL Oil
Red Bean
Sesame Seeds

This makes the dough
Green Dough-Mix Dough with Green Tea Powder
Purple Dough-Mix dough with Sweet Potato

Equipment
Moulder
Big Bowl
Kitchen Scale
Pot
Mixer




Steps-Remember to wash your hands first before!!!
1. Mix all the ingredients needed to make the dough in the big bowl. There are 2 types of dough-refer to ingredients to
make them.
2. Steam the dough and wait for it to cool.
3. Shape the balls into cups.
4. If you are using green dough, fill it with red bean. If you are using the purple dough, use sesame seeds.
5. Recover the cups by spreading the dough around the hole to make a lid.
6. Roll the balls with flour before starting the moulding.
7. Push the balls into the moulder and then push them out.
8. YOU ARE DONE!!!

NOTE***
If you wish to leave for more than 2 days, put it in the freezer. If you wish to eat the Frozen Moon cakes in less than 2 days,
put them in the fridge.
