After Extracting:

Install by mounting the ISO on a virtual drive or burn the image to a cd.
After installation run the update patches in order (v1.0.8/v1.1.3).
Then press "Patch It!" and "Apply patch" and then locate the Street Hacker.exe i
n C:\Program Files\Street Hacker or whatever your installation location is and i
t's done. Have fun.
