wait for the owner to drive away, follow them until the car broke down. He would
then state that he is a mechanic and offer to repair their cars for a minimum charge.

On 12/6/09 at approximately 10:30 pm a known w/m reportee reported that his
work truck had been stolen from the street in front his residence in the 10200 blk
of Erin Glen Way Pearland Brazoria County TX. He stated that he did not see the
person(s) who had stole it but did notice that a silver Chrysler left with the truck.
