To whom is reading this:
I was very happy to know that there was a company out there that shared my interest in fixing broken electronics ranging from phones to desktop computers and laptops. I have always wanted to take my skills of fixing up electronics and apply them into the working world and help other people besides my own family. That is the reason why I am writing this letter to you. I would like to work for your company as a computer technician and help clients with computer problems and provide nothing but the best customer service.
I have developed my computer skills over the past couple of years during my time in community college. I took a computer upgrade and repair class and learned the inside and outside of a desktop computer along with building one myself. I also learned how to partition hard drives to dual boot computers, install operating systems and even replace computer parts when necessary. All of my classes involved teamwork of some kind, so working with a partner or two is no issue at all.
As for personal skills I have developed over time, I learned how to troubleshoot computer and phone troubles and fix them accordingly. I have built my own personal computer and made tweaks and changes to it so I am not afraid to open up a tower or two in order to fix a computer. I have replaced PC parts such as the processor, CPU fan, hard drive, etc and know how to install drivers, antivirus software and I know how to scan and remove viruses as well. I only want to bring the best customer service to the clients.
This letter and the rsum enclosed can only give you a limited amount of my personality and qualifications. If you are interested in hiring me for the position, but need to get to know me better, I would love to be brought in for an interview. My contact information is on the rsum. I hope to look forward to meeting you in person to talk more about my qualifications.
