1. Work for Third Party Inspection (TPI) was awarded to Quality !aluation
and Syste"s Tea" P!t. #td. (Q$ST)% &an'alore !ide #etter of (ward
)ef: *P+#,(-.,TPI,#/(,0010,001 dated 2anuary% 31% 3010 for Quality
(ssurance and Sur!eillance Ser!ices of &T. Packa'e includin' &/Is (in
P* Scope) bein' sourced fro" !endors spread all o!er the country.
3. *P+# had recently approached Q$ST for Third Party Inspection
ser!ices for &/P packa'e ordered on IP#% 400 56 Switchyard Packa'e
ordered on (re!a% Intake Water Syste"% +oal +on!eyor% etc. The Third
Party Inspection shall co!er inspection at Principal 6endors works as
well as their sub7!endors works.

3011 Q$ST ha!e con<r"ed their willin'ness to carry out Third Party
Inspection work for these packa'es on the sa"e ter"s = conditions as

the &T. packa'e referred in Para71 abo!e.
It is therefore proposed to a"end the #etter of (ward ref:
*P+#,(-.,TPI,#/(,0010,001 dated 2anuary% 31% 3010 to include TPI
ser!ices for the abo!e "entioned Packa'es also in the scope of Q$ST as
