Current Leader

Mahmoud Abbas is the current President of Palestine. He is currently
79 years old as of March 26

. He is married to Amina Abbas and they
have a total of 3 children all of which are boys.


Political System
Palestine has a Parliamentary Democracy. In 1994 the Oslo peace
process caused the creation of the Palestinian national authority.
This means that the party with the most members in legislature
forms the government.
Economic System
They are said to be Parliamentary, but are poor due to the fact they were
neglected during Israels rule. They really wont be able to grow into a nice
place because they have small land and minimal resources.

The capital city is Jerusalem

One major city is Gaza

Another major city is Khan Yunis
Population
The population in 2012 was 4.047 million. Compared to
Israel with 7.908 million people you can relate how small
Palestine is and how they kept control of them for so
long.
