Notice concerning the provisional application of the Association Agreement between the European
Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and
Georgia, of the other part
The Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their
Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part signed in Brussels on 27 June 2014, will be provisionally
applied, by virtue of Article 3(1) of the Council Decision on the signing and provisional application of the Agree
ment (

), as of 1 September 2014.

The Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their
Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, signed in Brussels on 27 June 2014,
will be provisionally applied, by virtue of Article 3(1) of the Council Decision on the signing and provisional application
of the Agreement (
