Kesimpulan

Upaya mengoptimalkan kinerja pada unit digester
dan screw press adalah dengan menjaga suhu tetap
stabil pada 90 95
o
C pada digester dan 90 95
o
C
pada screw press, serta menjaga tekanannya agar
tetap 30 bar.
Hasil perhitungan neraca massa didapat bahwa
kapasitas produksi pada stasiun pressing process
melebihi dari kapasitas produksi desainnya.
Berdasarkan kapasitas produksi pada keadaan
aktual di unit digester adalah 25998,21 kg/jam
sedangkan desainnya 15000 kg/jam. Sedangkan
pada unit screw press kapasitas produksi pada
keadaan aktual di unit digester adalah 15630 kg/jam
sedangkan desainnya 15000 kg/jam.
