User is required to make individual notepad files for every image files
Every line should match with the corresponding line in the IMAGE; hence the pages shall
Automatically match with the IMAGE file pages.

(ustification of te)t is not required even if it is done in the IMAGE file.
If a word splitted in the IMAGE file then the same should !e done in notepad file. If a line
ends in IMAGE file then the same should !e done in notepad file.
*eaders and ooters option should not !e used.
+olor ,if any in the IMAGE file- should !e given in !lack color.
.ym!ol / Accent characters / any character0 if any0 shall !e typed same as per Image file.
User is required to send his/her notepad files only after doing win1%ip
User is required to su!mit te)t files to E1mail id mentioned in the email only
Rejection Criteria:
ile name of the converted notepad file does not match with the corresponding image file
name.
If any third party software used.
Any third 2arty .oftware used including M. 34ffice or any .hortcut 5eys.
If files typed in M. 6ord then pro7ect will !e re7ected.
Any images are found in the te)t document.
"e)t is in other than 8"imes #ew $oman8 font.
If colored te)t are found in any te)t file.
If hyperlinks are found in any of the te)t file.
Any other files are found in the %ip folder e)cept the te)t document like "emporary files or
any other type of file.
If the converted file is not in .t)t format or any other e)tension files found.
If the completed 6hole (o! files has not !een su!mitted within the deadline mentioned !y
the company.
Note 91 If any slot is rejected in the first submission or Chance submission due to any of the reason
mentioned in the rejection criteria then the second party will not be able to get any further works.
So before submission must recheck 2! times all file to erase all mistake done by you
or your kind help i am sending you one verified file 7ust see that and use same thing in your
working file.
