Full audit (2 of 2 Files) conducted with newly appointed Chief Scott Kennedy. No deficiencies noted. New Chief will submit L1 on himself as soon as TCLEDDS subscription is complete. During the course of
the audit the Chief was provided information on TCOLE name change, School Marshal and Telecommunicator Licensing, LEOSE funding, and completion of Training Rosters (specifically for FTO and
Personnel Orientation). A copy of the Preliminary Audit, HB's 1009 and 1951, and TCOLE information packet sent to the Chief by email before audit's end. 2012 Racial Profiling Report submitted as required.
Chief was shown how to access DRS, but did not have the current password- this will be reset and provided to him, ASAP.
