Partial audit (1 of 9 files) of agency TCOLE licensing files conducted with new Chief Randall Davis. Audit limited to files not previously inspected by this Agent and all Firearms Qualifications. No
deficiencies noted. Discussed new legislation, including TCOLE name change, new School Marshal and Telecommunicator licensing, and resumption of LEOSE funding. Agency will be supplied information
packet with this Audit Report to include Law Enforcement Agency Checklist, TCOLE Licensing Forms info, FAST info, and Pay Status Chart. 2012 Racial Profiling Report files as required.
